Jane's Walk: bibliographic itinerary

Friday 3 May and Saturday 4 May will see the annual Jane's Walks organised by INU Toscana.

Two walks, one in Florence in the Rovezzano area, the other in San Giovanni Valdarno, to put into practice the ideas of Jane Jacobs, writer, urban planner and activist for a community approach to city building.

The Technology Library-Architecture Branch Library has set up an exhibition of books and articles in the New Purchases Corner, the space dedicated to new books and journals, to delve into the history and architectural and urbanistic events of the places that will be visited during the walks. Themed books and articles will be available from 2 to 10 May.

Books on exibition can be borrowed and items can be requested through the digitisation service.
