Ask a librarian
What is it?
"Ask a librarian" is an on-line information service offered by the libraries of the University of Florence.
How does it work?
It allows you to consult the FAQs on the services offered or to ask a question using the online form.
The librarians will reply to:
- bibliographic enquiries
- tips on search strategies and available sources
- information on the University library services
If you need to do complex or specialised searches we suggest you to utilise the reference service available in each library.
Who can use it?
All internal and external patrons can use this service. Please note that external users may not be given the same priority status as internal users.
